Drumming Theory and Tabs

Time: 10pm to 12 midnight

So it begins! The very first drumming sharing section for all of our future drummers in LitleGras!!
With almost 50 new and existing members being "squeeze" into our small music room, we have share the very basic music theory and notation on the sheet music, hopefully it enables our future drummers to learn how to read and write their music down in a proper way.

Thanks to Tze Hoe, as he shares some of the most fundamental, but important notation. We then discuss about the drum tab (lay man's way of reading and writing music LoL).
After all those heavy heavy boring stuff, we have a short section on how to "stimulate" some drum beat using only our body parts and sound made from our mouth. (which your roommates gonna look at you and show a weird face to you, LoL).

Lastly, KoK Choy came in and arrange the first practical class for all of the fresh drummer in LitleGras and luckily we have enough slot for all of our members.

That ends our first meeting in the music room, afterwards we will be doing the practical stuff and start drumming!
